NSC approvals Tracking: Part V

Any recent I-140 RFE approvals???

THe AVM says my RFE response was received on Nov. 25. Has anyone in a similar situation received an approval recently?
 
My first post in this group !

I have yet to file my I140 at NSC.Hopefully it will be done in a day or two.
Question: How much time does it take to get RD and ND after you send your petition for I140 ?

It took me 3 weeks before I got a receipt from NSC.

got to know on: 12/12

Mine got approved today. Checked the AVM around 6.30 PM.
RD: 10/16/2001
ND: 10/29/2001
AD: 12/13/2001
LIN-02-022-xxxxx

AVM says my application was received on 10/29/01..Is that RD or ND??
I am confused. My Attorney mailed my application on 10/16.
My LIN no is LIN 02-022-530**

ND means INS opened a file on that day and assigned
a no(i.e LIN)
eventhough u had send it early
they opened yr case on 10/29
But AVM says that Recepit date as ND
