It seems there are some persons are waiting with Oct ND from NSC, though other service centers are clearing Nov ND applications. I think it is wise to keep our (Nov ND applicants) fingers crossed till one another lucky person posts their message.

Your lawyer should get a receipt from INS within 8-10 days.And it has a LIN number,RD and ND thru which you can track your case by dialing 402-323-7830.
