NSC approvals Tracking: Part V

Hi this is Raj, Filed NSC in August month for I-140 Still waiting.....

Can anyone help me on this what to do. This would be great helpful to me, i am soo much worried.

I am in Eb2. I got the dates wrong in my yesterday\'s post. Correct dates are:
Received Date: 10/11/2001
Notice Date: 10/16/2001
Approved On; 11/27/2001

You can file for I-485 ...

even though your wife maybe in India; you need to make sure that before she leaves for India, she has signed all the requisite applications that your lawyer will be sending; also, don\'t forget the photo\'s.

Regarding proirity dates, I have read a few postings to the effect that they will remain current through out 2002.

  Can i check the status of I-140 like Labour in DOL using an automated Mail id or Phone number. Please do let me know the mail id and phone number if something is available.

any idea when AVM have stauts update for a LIN number?

I got the LIN number and the RD and ND deatils from attorney. But when I try to use AVM for that LIN it says LIN is not available. Any one have an idea after how many days AVM start giving some update on the stauts?

You can\'t get LIN from AVM

If you have LIN then you can get status using AVM for that LIN. Contact your attorney for LIN, but it will take 2 to 3 weeks for your attorney to receive the receipt from INS
