What I observed it's simply sequence number.. after last 07-999 changed to
08-001 and
after 024-99 changed to 025-01 ...
 
Oh ok, so its just sequence numbers , these guys are sucks! , they do not want to provide any way of tracking or correlating the cases to when it got filed :(

One case from my company has moved to regional on 7th July. and case no is 025-08-.... Dont know if its mine.

May 5th running on NY DOL

It looks like NY DOL is processing cases moved on 5th May with case nos like 025-07-01xx

No new cases approved. 3 more cases moved to DOL in Jul for my company. Lawyer said they will call me as soon as they get any news. But, they told me that they get notified of only RFEs and approvals not when the case moves to DOL.

I think those are non-IT cases.
Could you please confirm this by checking DOT code ?

DOL is stuck with April 2004 month.
IT Cases (based on DOT code) which received in the 1st week of April 2004 are still pending.

Hmm! Earlier NY State was stuck with April 2001 cases and now NY Regional DOL is stuck with April 2004.

yes mike_inus i agree with you for what's going on there in NY state and Regional DOL
we waited until april 2001 cases moved to Regional
now in Regional DOL its stucked with these cases may be
i dont know when we have good time

by the way almost all cases will be scrutinized in state level only with full details and they may issue NOF's most probably.

i saw someone in this thread gave info that lot of NOF's ,i dont know is it from Regional or State

literally these GC sucks.sometime i think why i am leagal here
if i am illegal then i can earn without paying any taxes.

dont know when God will pour blessings on us..means to NY people who applied in 2001.
 
Looks like NY DOL is Approving Non -Software Cases.
I randomly pick up one case Number as xxx-07.., it got approved yesterday and cased received by NY DOL on April27th and this case is related to "Alteration Tailoring..."

look these cases are from 245(i) i think, they appled before april 30,2001 , noe those cases are in regional and it it clearing from regional without any queries.

really sucks,anyhow they are playing with our lives

Hi Everyone..

I have a question about 7th year extension process.. My attorney told me that my case has moved to regional about 3 weeks back and as I need to apply for the 7th year extension, she says we need to get the labour pending confirmation from the regional office inorder to file for the extension. I havn't heard about this so far, so, if any of you guys know more details , please let me know.

One approval on July 7th from NY Regional

While checking NY Regional AVM today heard the good news.
Two cases of my company had moved to NY Regional on April 20th and 21st, 2004. April 20th case got approval on July 7th.
Hope this is mine. :confused: :rolleyes:

1. Diffrence between NOF and RFE

2. Who recieve the NOF ( is it attorney or company )

3. Can the attorney call rightaway today to find out what's requested
OR have to wait for the NOF to come through the mail

4. What Could be the reason

5. How long does this process take ( NOF to Labor Clear )

I'm also in same boat but got info from my attorney that State send mail for some additional information.
i dont know when my attorney will get that mail and when he'll reply

totally depressed about this .
filed 1st week of september 2001, after a long time now State DOL sent query i dont know is it RFE or NOF.

still its in state level,oooh man
when my attorney will send reply back and when those State DOL will send to Regional. still a mistery for me
its a long journey for me,still in first stop,due to some breakdown.

Thanks Slave_victim for the good news... So you are I think the first person reporting October case move to regional...

Guys, do not loose heart RFEs and NOFs are well known to be the case right now. I am sure our able attorneys will be able to take care of it :)

Atleast heard something from the ny dol and will hope to see your approval shortly.

that i got query from STATE DOL not from Regional...

so i have to wait once my attorney replies to STATE and then they sent to Regional.
you know now a days regional is taking 3 months to clear the labor.
hope you can understand my situation
