Hi Kohls,
aug 30, 2001 RIR NY Software programmer. Still stuck with labor/state. No news , no case # yet. My entry is also registered in tracker. Will update as it develops.

It was up in the morning. I checked it but no new cases or updates for my company. They were pretty active in May but now has slowed down as snail ... :-((

yes man,we have to have positive attitude but you know we are human beings so its tough to be stay positive all the time, some time we'll be depression. my friends who filed after me in other states already got finger prints and some are in final stages, my case filed in sept 2001 and still no news
hope everything will be good for our purpose only
lets hope the best

Please stay positive. I stayed positive throughout this ordeal and it helped. Hopefully I will be done with the GC in 2 years. But I will keep my expectations lower becuase "Its never over till its over".

a) know for sure cases have NOT been transferred to Regional
b) know for sure cases HAVE been transferred to Regional
c) have NO IDEA where their cases are

Does your SENT TO REGIONAL DATE match your RECEIVED BY REGIONAL DATE match?

SENT TO REGIONAL DATE = Date on postcard sent to lawyer
RECEIVED BY REGIONAL DATE = AVM date 212-337-2193

its really good news to cheer that now they are processing Sept 2001
mine is also sept 2001
so hope my case will move to regional maybe in this month

God help me
 
So JustWatching, I guess our cases will not get processed before End of July or Augest then 2 months after that in the DOL , hopefully :)

Based on what criteria DOL processes application ?

Folks,
Frankly speaking I am confused now. Need to understand based on what criteria DOL processes appliation ?
From the xls sheet tracker I see RD Aug 2001 cases are already approved, but RD July 2001 are still pending in NYDOL.

My case :NY Regional RD April 20th/21st 2004. No news yet .

Will the transfer from SWA to Regional DOL get notified?

My PD is Oct 10, 2001 and i am still in wait mode.
When the case gets approved in SWA and transfers to regional DOL, will the lawyer get notified stating the case is transferred to regional DOL?

Most likely not unless there is issue findings need to be addressed.

Unfortunately you are probably right, although I still have hope because they are processing multiple months at a time so maybe we will get lucky.

CLARIFYING: this does not mean that SWA is transferring more than 1 month worth at a time:

For example:
June '01, July '01 and August '01 cases were transferred during March '04
July '01, August '01 and September '01 cases were transferred during April '04
No cases were transferred during May (from our tracker, I'm sure some cases were)

So I hope:

August '01, September '01, October '01 cases will be transferred in June '04
September '01, October '01, November '01 cases will be transferred in July '04
October '01, November '01, December '01 cases will be transferred in August '04

and unfortunately:

November '01, December '01, January '02 cases will be transferred in September '04
 
State to DOL

follow up on kvskriths's question : in order to figure out if our LCs moved from State to Regional, shouldn't we just call the DOL number and check if there's any case relative to our company's phone number ?
