Received by DOL on May 7 2001, Still no reply

I am happy to report that at least from our tracker perspective:

May 2001 - ALL APPROVED
June 2001 - ALL APPROVED or RFE (Wishing gc0103 and yemito good luck)
July 2001 - ALL TRANSFERRED, SOME APPROVED

My LC application was received by NY DOL on May 7 2001. Till now
my lawyer did not hear anything at all from DOL :confused: . She said she'll
send a mail to DOL but she is not sure if they'll get back.

Is there anything I can do to find out the status. Please help.

Congratulation to all those people which labor cleared.

It seems we are on the right track. Hope they will clear 2001 cases by end of this year.
 
sm11299, dont worry ,some may/june/july cases are still processing in regional and some are still in state DOL also
it may take sometime but your lawyer can talk to state DOL , they'll give you a caseid
from that caseid you can able to get updated information when you call NYDOL

Your lawyer should be able to call NY SWA and ask for status. I'm sure he can send a letter but I would guess it will be mor effective if he calls.

Thanks for the info. I do not know how I can get my lawyer to call the DOL. Anyway can please add my info to spread sheet.

sorry for what's happening to you,
mine is also similar case but i called my attorney every 2 days for 2 months at last he called State DOL,

these big attorney people wont understand our situation,so dont worry

my case is still with the state.
 
07/26/2001 LC RIR filed
03/26/2004 transferred to regianal DOL
05/26/2004 NOF was issued by regional DOL

Still have no info about what's inside of NOF.

BTW, who gets the NOF letter from DOL - attorney or my company or both of them? How long it takes to get it?

your company will get notified by Regional DOL
dont worry, once your lawyer replied that NOF you'll get thru
so it may take few more weeks
 
Hi Guys, My Labor was applied in the month of November 2001 (probably last week). I am not sure about the exact date. Please add my info to the tracker.

Can you please tell if it was RIR/non-RIR ? EB2 / EB3 ???
 
I spoke to my company lawyer today and he filed three labers in July 26th 2001. till now no update on it. looks like this month also NY DOL website will post processing date July 01 :mad:

there is no one who gave info that their file moved from NYDOL to Regional office.
i dont know why may 2004 was dull ??
 
Hi Kohls and , Mine was RIR-EB2....Prog Analyst. I have Masters in Comp Sc and has 3 yrs of Exp before coming to US. I am a Sybase DBA. I guess these details are enough to update the spread sheet tracker.
