Labor Certified

My Labor got approved by NY Dol.
Filing date 8/20/2001.
Moved to regional office on 3/24/2004.
Certified on 5/24/2004

!!!!!!! :) :) !!!!!!!

Filing date 7/23/2001.
Moved to regional office on 4/20/2004 or 4/21/2004. (Two cases of my company moved to NY DOL on April. Not sure which one is mine)

To all lucky people that get certified. As you move on to the Vermont I-140 forum please make sure you add your info to the trackers.

Also there is a column in the tracker to add Priority Date and State where labor was submitted. Please make sure you enter this info.

I have a CRAZY idea that because NY Priority Dates are so old, NY cases are getting approved very fast.

For all of you that have had their LCs transferred to Regional over two months ago. Any updates?

I got Labor approved too!!!

Guys,

the approved application I mentioned earlier - was mine!
lawyer sent me a message about this few minutes ago.

In a nutshell --
Labor applied: 05/15/2001
Moved to regional: 03/24/2004
Certified: 05/17/2004

still in state level only, its really very frustrating for me
i dont know why its happening to me only
my case filed in sept 2001 and no info, i got state case id also but of no use
my attorney is waste fellow , he is from very big firm, that's why he wont reply not even my mails also

Frpm what I've seen on this board - it takes 7 - 8 weeks. So stay tuned...

All,

I reattached the tracker to my previous post with the latest updates. Sorry for the multiple updates but I was not expecting TWO updates in one day. Keep them coming.

I am happy to report that at least from our tracker perspective:

May 2001 - ALL APPROVED
June 2001 - ALL APPROVED or RFE (Wishing gc0103 and yemito good luck)
July 2001 - ALL TRANSFERRED, SOME APPROVED

Verant123, How do you know your state case id ? Did your lawyer tell you that your case moved to regional ?

my case is 10 th july 2001 my lawyer does not not know anything till
now nobody can do anything about it, we have to keep our fingers crossed
and pray ...

my case didnt move to Regional , its still in state DOL only
it seems my attorney spoke to DOL after a long time
but its of no use for me eventhough i know caseid

LAbor moved to Regional

I heard from the attorney firm finally.

My Labor App was applied with the NY DOL on July 10th 2001 :p

It seems it was approved by the NY DOL on March 30th 2004 and moved to the Regional DOL on March 30th 2004.

As the attorney firm is a big one hence useless :mad:
I used the AVM Number posted here and found 2 cases with my employer's head office num and found 2 cases on April 7th ( message posted date )

How do I know which one is mine.

hi,

some great news but it will lead to lot of confusion. In my company people who applied in 2001 october 5th got the labor approved, yes that is from the regional. they are getting ready for I-140.

Confusion is who is processing which date?
