Would love to know that... and it would be way cool if our website has information more recent than the govi site itself...

See the immigration.com processing times FAQ :
Q1. Why is the processing time for Labor certification shown on your web site inconsistent with the processing time shown on the Department of Labor web site http://www.ows.doleta.gov/foreign/times.asp
A1. Please note that the information posted on our web site on processing times is based on information gathered from official sources at different Departments of Labor. Usually, our information tends to be more accurate and recent.

With all my respect to the immigration.com sheet , I for myself will not trust except for the offical sheet that DOL provide on their website, that should be the source of all info.

With all due respect to everyone...

The most accurate information is not the DOL website or immigration.com but our Excel Tracker because cases are not STRICTLY processed in order and only our tracker is able to show this.

- MOST June 2001 cases approved / RFE
- MOST July 2001 cases transferred to Regional, few approved
- HALF August 2001 cases transferred to Regional, no approvals
- SOME September 2001 cases transferred to Regional, no approval

And that's it. ;)

I agree,

For the 2 1/2 years that I've been waiting the most current, accurate and useful information has come from this forum.

my lawyer's almost useless in giving me current information, the state website says July but we know they're processing August and some september ( because mine was sent in begining of september and is now at regional level) and regional may be processing April but only early march approvals have been issued.

my thanks to everyone on this forum for making this torturous excruciating long wait a little more bearable

let's keep posting all our updates......

And also, I think it is safe to extrapolate that NY SESA is processing the first week October cases as well. We will see proof when quickmouse gives us the good news.

I agree with you on one point which is tracker is good representation for the current activity by DOL but not for the official status by them.

Last year when DOL processed May/June cases and their web site stayed at April 2001 and then we found its was because of the i254 issue and it freezed for more then then year.

so that is why I am saying the accurate one is the DOL site since they are the one who control it and as all of you I wish if it is Augest 2001 or 2002 , even 2003 so I get my labor done too :)

Is there any way we can inform dept about this .................

Anyone else getting LCs moved ahead ?

Hi !

I think the best source of information for all of us have been 'each one of us'. That is how we have all come to knwo exactly what has been happening.

In case you are one of the readers of this thread and have been lucky to knwo taht your LC application has moved from state to regional or better still gotten approved, please share that with us.

Just post a small information here if your LC has moved - the resistartion to this board is very easy and simple - and is FREE too ;)

That is the way that everyone on this board gets benefitted.

Thanks for sharing with us.

another one cleared regional

Regional has sped up a bit -- now it takes approximately 7-8 weeks for application to clear it up.

One the my employer's applications (I have no idea whether it is mine,
but I have my fingers crossed) reached regional on 03/24 and got certified on 05/17. The DOT code: 030.062-010
