I've been watching this forum for more than a year since I read the "good news", but today I was eager to register because I wanna share the hope with all of you.
I called my lawyer and was told their office even received some approved from July/August/September, 2001, though my PD is 7/8/2002.
I heard this from a friend last week also but don't knwo the exact dates.

I called my company lawyer today morning. till now they didnt get june 2001 labers.

the NY regional office is at Jan 2004 , so there is a delay about one month, so hopefully all approved cases should be sent to us by next month.

I think this could be true. If June 2001 is a light month in term of LCA volume. NY SEWA might have started cases in the following month(s). Once the cases are distributed to different officers, it will purely depend on the officers' processing speeding. Hope all those good news are true.

they told me that they completed june and they already started JULY 2001 RIR cases

its really good news for me
please araina77 and yemito .we are banking on you guys
please let us know if you got some news.
may be it may take 1 more month to compete the regional process from NY

I received a response from my lawyer...

Oh, it makes me totally crazy...

Yesterday I asked my (company's) lawyer whether there are
any news with my May 2001 RIR application - as SWA says
they are done with May, and the response was (received
this afternoon) this one-liner

(typing from memory, not verbatim)

"Yes, there are news, but now it gets complicated. I will
follow up shortly with more elaborate information."

Oh man... I thought "shortly" meant later today - so I
was waiting... and still waiting... guess it will be tomorrow...
nave no idea what to expect.
