Thank you for everybody.

I was concerned about 2nd fingerprint schedul date (2/18/2005)
Very close to Interview date (3/1/2005)therefore
fingerprint check (FBI check) is not clear by the interview day
and eaven interview is success ,
I can't get a passport stamp.
But today I went to support center and already I did it.
Another concern is my spouse does'nt receive interview and 2nd fingerprint notice yet.
 
yuteri: what did you do in the support center. I am sure your wife will get her invitation soon. It is sometime due the mail...
 
Newyorker thanks and the same to you all others who would accept in Eid Mubarak. I am glad to hear that you are still optimistic. I am sure you will get your interview letter soon. Did you do your FP yet. I am not sure if yuteri did FP in the support center earlier than scheduled. Let us see what he says.

Hey newyorker: I did my first FP in ice age as well (somehwere in May 2001). Second FP November 16, 2004. I just an info pass to go and check on name check. I was also not sure where to mail in my 765 since EAD expiring 05/05/05. It is a lucky number I should not have to get one expring 05/05/06.. it is unfare. I want to stop at 05/05/05, it is tripple 5....

My 2nd finger print schedule is 02/18/2005 but
I did 2nd finger print today in the support center.
Also my spouse received 2nd fingerprint and interview notice today.
Both same day as mine.(2/18/05 &3/1/05) :p

hey guys thanks. Yuteri, smart move by going ahead of your schedule for the FP. I did not now one could do that. Newyorker, I am sure you will have to redo FP. Why don't you go to the support office and do it before the schedule date. SInce name check could get ya... Look at my case got delayed due to the name check...

Where are the support offices at, and would they allow to get and early FP done since we don't know if the interview will be during a one month time or a one year saga. will they allow the FP?

this is what I am not sure about. I just saw from yuteri post. I was not aware and waited for the date they mentioned. So now waiting on name check, if you look at the people waiting on name check, it can take years for some and others it could get cleared in months. It is a big loop hole or maybe it is just self created by USCIS. Hey I do not like you so your name check pending. I like you, so you are approved. I think they should have queue and first come first serve. By the way, how you leave one person and say, oh this looks harder so let me move on to the next. Oh this is taking so long so lets close this file and find an easy name. What a joke this name check department is whatever,,,,,

SO when are we going to make the country safer by puting more resources into this so called name check. This department was functioning better before it was changed to home land security.. Name does not deliver different results.... I am going to change name to Cliton if it does? :)

I gave the details to the Congresswoman's office. They said it will take 4 to 6 weeks to check and let me know

Let us see..

I am sure the postman will deliver Interview Letter for lots of people and Approval letter to Sriss, Johar and me..

Thanks guys once again another day. I am actually waiting for the phone snce that is what I was told by the interview lady. Maybe some day the phone will ring and then there will be that message. Anyway, every one have a wonderfull day. The year of 2005 is coming to an end only 11 months to go and it feels like it started like 24 days ago. He ha.. :)
 
FBI name check decide my fate in life.
I hope FBI name check will be completed by the interview date. :(
