Hi Casio

Congratulations Casio,

Could you tell us whether your case was cleared from NJ SESA or
NY DOL.

Good luck for your next process.

congrats casio - also you mentioned that 'The receipt date at NJ was Oct 28, 2001'; however, the labor tracker mentions your PD as November 02, 2001. Please clarify. Thanks and Goodluck.

Labor approved

My application was mailed on OCt 28, 01 and received by NJ sesa on Nov 2, 01 I think. The labor has been approved both at NJ and NY DOL.

Re: Labor approved

Congrats Casio,

If thats true, NJ has started or about to start NOV 01, thats good news guys.

My application is still pending at NJ SESA as of 09/08/03. Our company HR person has called the SESA office and got to know that my application was received on 10/08/01 and it still pending in NJ SESA .

Labor website updated.
http://workforcesecurity.doleta.gov/foreign/times.asp

NJ SESA processing Oct 2001 RIR cases
NY DOL processing Jun 2003 RIR cases

look like NY DOL is getting slowed down, Chicago DOL and Denver DOL have raced ahead of NY DOL; Boston DOL has levelled with NY DOL, Philly DOL has is catching up very soon.
Few months ago, NY DOL was the only one at CURRENT status.

hope, things get better with NJ SESA and NY DOL.
hope they learn from other centers.

Guru's,
I need your opinion...I applied my labor in 13, March 2002.
when I can expect that to clear? Based on that I have to take one important decesion.

Based on the current processing time its taking, I think you should have your labor certified in 6-7 months.

well, if you look at the link that kishoreup included, it just says Feb 28... not sure when that was added.

I guess the only (and most reliable) way is to get ur lawyer or employer to call...

Hi gc_labor_pain,
I have no idea, but it looks like 2004, because they are updating the processing dates below that.
That's why i am so scared and requested for alternative ways to get the status for our applications.
Thanks.

Sorry gc_labor_pain,
I mean to say, currently both AVM and email system are not working.
That's why i am thinkng it's 2004.
Regards
