They showed little profit around 15k in 2002, but my LC priority date is in jan 2003. They showed 100K till Oct 2003(unaudited) at the time of Rfe response.

Damnit : Join the company Immediately(Payroll). Mine is also LC sustitution and I was in the payroll at the time of Rfe.(not at the time of filling). This is just my opinion.

Do you need to be on payrolls of the company filing for 140 even when you apply for 140 future employment using the GC. (GC can be also for future employment as i know). So why do need to be on that company payrolls

Was that the cause of this denial or anything else ?

Employer - Mid size company 350+ employees, National presence IT company, Decent profit last year, I do not know the numbers

How did you find out? My case is also Sep 24. These guys are worst than Indian Govt.
