Nebrasaka I-140 Excel Scanner ..

Anybody please check the scanner for dates September 16 to 25. I hope naanshi date is also falls between these dates of september.

guys,i don't think the excel sheet or the current processing dates make any sense as a tracker..i have personally seen people of all kinds of ND's getting approved..people with july got approved in oct,people in oct got approved in feb...there is so much discrepancy, and i think its case by case basis, mostly with education level,employer, etc..i just saw a thread wherein a guy's Dec ND got an approval in early March..how do u explain that
 
puhrince, it is absolutely true that recently the approvals are very random.. but it was not the case in till dec of last year when we used to track the same through the I-140 tracker where individuals used to put there case details and tell when there case was approved..that was the only source.. but, since jan of this year, the approvals became very random..

Do not discourage those who are trying to get the scan for their respective dates/months.. this excel scanner is only for analysis and not to get into conclusions which case dates NSC is currently processing.

**Like some days we saw only RFE's and now-w-days most of the cases are RFE's , this will alert you saying that be prepared to get an RFE..
**Some days you won't see approvals, this will tell that NSC officers are on leave..:)
**Some days you see no approvals of Aug, but approvals in Sept and Oct, saying the NSC is now approving randomly
** etc, etc

till NSC gets into approvals it used to do till dec last year the scanner may be not useful in guessing which dates NSC is processing, but when NSC starts processing the cases in sequential order(like EAD and AP approvals) then this scanner would be really helpful..

EB3 RIR Concurrent

Though we see random approval, but I don't see any approval in RIR- EB3 concurrent cases approved.

I work for a 500+ workforce company.So I think they are finishing non concurrent, EB1,EB2 and CP cases. Then they will start processing EB3-RIR- Concurrent cases.

Any thought

Can we change the current 140 application from EB2 to EB3 even when the 140 is pending or file a new 140 under EB3

Hi All,

This is the first time i am posting a message on the board as i am a new member, first of all i really want to appreciate everbody's sincere effort on this portal to help eachother with all the info/advice/suggestions.

I have a small question, my ND(EB3-RIR Concurrent) for I140 is 21 oct 2004, i got my EAD approved on 12 Dec 2004, can anybody tell me when would i get my I140 approved. I know its not a straight prediction when it comes to processing times involving immigration services but i would like to know the time range if somebody could predict based on their experience. Also can anybody tell me which date are they processing at present.

My ND is 20-Oct, and I have a similar question. As dasarihp_newid mentioned today, the cases are processed so randomly, and one can't predict.

But it seems, for the last 3 days the late August cases were approved/got RFE, and looking at this pace, we should be out within the next 45 days. Check the online status, and who knows - you will be approved pretty soon!!
 
Thanks a lot jaiganesh, also do you have a idea of how many cases in genral they will approve in a day meaning like in one day will they approve all the cases filed on a certain day(eg: today they will approve all the cases on aug 29th). Anyways thanks once again and good luck with your 140/485.

In general I see about 10-15 cases processed per day. They belong to various dates in a range most of the times. The working style is different between the officers, some work on the new approvals, some finish the RFEs before working on fresh cases, some approve the cases right-away and some just raise RFE's only.

Before January, INS was working on cases belong to one particular day or period, so by running the scanner we used to know how many cases were touched each day. Now since it became random, this is just a guess work only.

I see 2 cases change in the status. These are in the range of 15-20 Oct.

Our ND looks pretty close, my LIN number is lin04014546xx. Does your lin fall on the same day(04014)??

My LIN is 0401350xxx.

The first 5 digits of the LIN say the date it was filed. For me, it is year 04 day 013, which is the 13th WORKING day after Oct 1st 2003. (The new fiscal year starts from 1st Oct). Since yours is filed on 21st Oct, it is 04014xxxxx.
