Nebrasaka I-140 Excel Scanner ..

No changes for 09/10/2003 cases

Nanshi,

I ran the scanner for 09/10/2003. No changes for approximately 30 I140 case No available with me. I believe, Septeber cases have to wait for some more time.:( :confused: :mad:
 
Thanks for the help Al_paso. I tried to explain all these things and they are thinking that I don't know anything about US Immigration, their lawyer "knows" everthing. I have never seen a stupid lawyer like this. As I informed earlier, let me talk to them on 16th March and explain the whole thing.

I am still waiting for my approval. Are there any more Aug 15 approvals? Can some one run the scanner for aug 15? For some reason, I was not able to run.

Looks like cases after September 15, 2004 are not yet assigned to Officers. Did anybody run the script for those cases? Any approvals? my IP is blocked for today.

Why don't you guys post the updated sheet in "TRACKER: NSC I-140 in Spreadsheet"? This thread is supposed to be I-140 scanner results. Thanks!

Please help me out

I140 - LIN 0325450xxxx
RD : Aug 21 st 2003
ND : Aug 26 th 2003.

Applied in EB3,concurrent, EAD and travel documents approved.

Please let me know if you need any further information.

I tried the Excel scanner and it says I140 approved but puts a ??? in the date column, Can some one please let me know what the expected time frame is for getting my I140 ???

Sanvibha,
I did some research now and I think the cases from Sept 08, 2003 are not yet assigned. You may see some cases filed after september 08, 2003 got approved. That may be, while reviewing those cases first for EAD, AP approval, the officer might have sent RFEs. Once RFE Reply was received, those cases were approved with EAD and AP.

My Opinion is after this week or from end of this week, we are going to see some September Cases approvals. We don't have to wait long time.

Did you guys checked Processing time at NSC at aila.org. After months it says processing time for I-140 for EB2 8/27/03. Seems encouraging. Any comments

Hei Damnit. That's amazing. I am recent visitor to this site, and was surprised to see at the aila.org website, that only a couple weeks ago cases from May were being processed.

If so huge a progress can be made in so short a time, I am sure these officer blokes can achieve a no-wait-time status if they worked a little harder.

But still in the few days I have been here, the rate seems to be about 10-15 cases per day. Does anyone know if this is the normal rate of processing by the Nebraska Center?

Yes, you are correct, and its very heartening. However given my experience with BCIS and their erratic ways, I've just lost my faith and don't know what to believe and what not to.

Hope the BCIS offical website also gets updated to this date, then atleast the customer service reps will have to come up with some other innovative reason(s) to turn back those who applied before 8/27.
