I had two options.
a) Increase the wage in application by $9,000. Re-advertise job internally within the organization for 10 days and submit results of advertisement to SWA. SWA may come back and ask advt to be released in public media. Then I will be back to square one.
b) Submit a rebuttal with wage surveys and insist that the original wage is fine. SWA may or may not agree with the rebuttal.
There was much "see-sawing" and finally went with option a) and submitted reply.
Then, no news till date!!!!!!!!
