Any body got EAD, AP, FP filed 485 in March, 2002 for VSC form Columbus, OH ?????

Looks like those who missed FP are getting EAD...compensation....

Question about RD.

When i check the status on AVM, the AVM tells that your application.... was received on 04/04/2002. but 04/04/2002 is the ND as per the I485 receipts
Is this ok ?
Please let me know.

I think the 04/04/2002 is the offical RD. Even they received your application eariler, they did not open it. That date should not be RD.
That\'s my thought.
My ND(3/14) is one month later than INS actually received my application (2/15). AVM said "received at 3/14 ..."

I hope I was wrong.

Just noticed on AVM that EAD for self and spouse approved on May 09.

and by the way my petetion date is Nov. 2000

Did not apply EAD.

The RD is when INS really receive the application? It is around 02/15.
The AVM machine said "Received at 03/14" -- This is same as notice date. Which one is the RD?
