Update my info

Our EAD\'s Approved on 5/7/02.

When AVM says your case is approved - Does that mean they sent the cards too? or only approval notices sent?
Priviously AVM said cards are ordered on 5/6/02 and will take 60-90 days to complete the process - And, Now it says your case is approved... Does that means cards are ready in a day and sent?

Can somebody answer my question?
 
Received AP Notices..

We have received AP Notices yesterday. Lawyer received them and sent them to us.

Question: How many copies are we supposed to get. We got 2 each and both of them have Photos.
 
April RD/ND got EAD/AP from local office, this is cool...

Change in INS Form Upon Issuance of Advance Parole

Effective as of April 1, 2002, the Immigration and Naturalization Service
(INS) changed the form that employment-based applicants receive indicating
advance parole approvals. The change affects the document issued by the INS,
not the form required for filing the request for advance parole. The new
INS-issued form is I-512L (Authorization for Parole of an Alien into the
United States), which replaces the old I-512. The new form contains three
primary security features. First, the form is now on security paper. Second,
the photograph is scanned onto the document. Third, the maceration stamp or
seal will not be on the document.

As regular MURTHYBULLETIN and MurthyDotCom readers are aware, advance parole
is prior permission to reenter the U.S. after foreign travel. Advance parole
has to be filed while in the U.S. and before departing the U.S. It is
available as an option to enable a person to reenter the U.S. in certain
specific instances, most commonly for persons in the I-485, Application for
Adjustment of Status, process. The procedure for requesting advance parole
on Form I-131 remains unchanged.

A suggestion.....

st8 / Rames,

I was wondering if you guys can arrange the list order by RD / ND. That we we can also observe the INS movement on the basis or RD/ND and if somebody\'s case is left behind or is moving fast then that will also be clearly visible.

But anyway thanks for this great effort.
 
AP approved for me and my wife on 9-MAY-2002

Now EAD and AP are both approved, still waiting for my FP. I have written to my attorney maybe he got the notices for the FP ...

Moving to the next step,
 
What happened to the EADS of MAR 28 - APR 09 ND Cases ? The suspense is unberable.

 
 
My AP is approved ...

I called my lawyer and she said my AP has been approved....Originals are in the mail....

Rames, I had updated the tracker last time. To be added is yours and march2002tracker\'s AP approval.

Also, interesting to see that 9 and 10 April ND have not received FP notices but folks later have got it. Same time we have our EADs but I think the others in between also must have got it. Most are not active in this forum.
