EB-2 India with PD feb 2003? Yes, after maybe seven or eight years.

I got a soft LUD (on 12/30/07) on my approved I-140 and also on my old approved I-129 (H1-B). The I-129 is the one, when I joined this company and used a labor substitution. I filed one more I-129 after one year but the LUD is on the old one. Does it make sense to anyone and what can be the reason for a LUD on an old I-129?

It goes to your lawyer. So check with the lawyer, he should have got in mail.

There hae been other occasions when there appears to have been a batch update of approved I-140s, on a Sunday. (I assume its was a batch job given the fact that it seems to happen on Sundays.)
It happened to me and many others in early August (see my signature for exact details). I wouldn't give it much thought. I doubt it's significant.

I just got an approval notice. For my I-129 H-1B extension! Ha!
The online status was stuck at pending for 5 months after I received the paper approval!
So, I guess what I'm saying is, don't live and die by the CRIS emails or status changes. They aren't quite 100% reliable. I was of course hoping the approval I got was for my 485 but such is life, right?

Does RFE imply name check cleared
Folks,
Just talked to NSC getting status of my RFE submission. On my question on NC she replied that its probably cleared else it would not have been assigned to IO. Does getting RFE imply that name check has cleared? Also have people in this forum seen more than one RFEs issued for same case?

I think its NO, RFE does not imply name check cleared, in my case I did not get any RFE or LUD.
