Can you tell me what is LUD and how can I check if it is updated. My I485 was filed and received by USCIS on June 17th and I had my FP completed on 07/24. I have created an account with USCIS to track my applications for 485, AP & EAD but am not very sure what LUD is.

My details are
EB2 -RIR
PD : July 2003
485 , EAD, AP RD on June 17th
FP : 07/24

Also does anyone have the list of statuses the applications can go through. Currently mine says received and pending.

I never thought the EAD would come that fast. I thought they get processed only after FPs are done.

Are there any set no. of days within which we should expect the EAD to come?

Congrats Vikando ! Did you get any LUDs before the approval.
 
Receipt Number

My check was encashed, from the back side of the check I got the Receipt Number of I-485. USCIS online system shows that Notice Date is Jul 24th.
My case was delivered to Nebraska on June 28th.
 
Got receipt numbers (all 6 numbers - 3 for me, 3 for my wife) by calling NSC.
Now waiting for the FP notice which I hope to get by 08/20/07 inshAllah.

Package sent: 06/25/07
Package reached NSC via FedEx on : 06/26/07
USCIS web site shows received date as : 07/23/07

Waiting for:
-hard copy of the all six receipts
-finger print notice(s)

Yes, there was a LUD before approval with status "Card production ordered", I think that it self is approval, and a day after there was another LUD with status "Approval notice sent".
 
Got Receipt Numbers

I never got the papers but my lawyers got the reciepts for my case (7 total, 4 for me and 3 for spouse) and they sent me the docs. RD is 6/20/7 and ND is 7/16/7. LUDs on all 7 items are for 7/18/7.

You will get it soon. I had two LUD on consecutive days on AP and got approval email after 1 week of LUDs. So hang on.

Guys,
I see that unlike some people (such as vikando) I have not received my receipt notice yet. I called up USCIS and the person there could not provide any new information and simply asked me to wait or schedule an infopass. Is there any limit on the number of infopass apptmts one can make or any charge for doing so?

I765 applications of me and my spouse. It says Card production ordered. Does that mean my EAD is approved :)

"Application Type: I765 , APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On July 26, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you."

In which order they are approving AOS, don;t understand, there is PD DEC 2003 just got GC, and your application only approved for EAD?
