Let's track I-485 filed after June 01, 2007 We can track AD, ND, FP etc post 06/01/07

AP I131 approved for self.

:) Got LUD and email saying that my I131 is approved today. That was quick. Yesterday i got my FP notices as well scheduled for July 11th. See more details in signature.

Sent my I140 & I485 papers today.

Looks like some people got their notices within a week?

How important is it to get LUD after FP. One of my friend had his FP done on June 23rd; but no LUD yet. He was getting worried as he and even I thought that within a day or two there should be an LUD on 485.

Gurus, experts or anyone...what could be the reason? How bad is this?

- do u think it could be bcoz it was a Premium Processing case for 140?
- how does a security check get's completed in ~ 40 days????

Can you tell me which service centre your case went to.
Mine went to TSC on Jun 11th but no receipts, no FP yet..

Yes I am still waiting cheque is not encash yet.
Fedex Delivery confirmation 06/01/07 and my attorny's paralegal send it to vermont.
Today I called vermont also and regular reply wait for 45 days.

I'm working for Seagate Technology LLC as a Software Engineer. I checked at this website and see alot of people get their I485 approved as well.

Not one, there are tons of people (including me) waiting for receipt notices. I have applied on June 5th. Please hang on, you will get it soon.

Did your LUD and description change on USCIS case status site when they send you FP notice?

Watching LUDs is great but don't panic if you don't see them when you think you should. There is no consistency between cases. Some people get their approval notices in hand when cases still say pending, LUDs vary form case to case, and can mean totally different things.

Stay sane. Stop worrying as so many do when they don't see one.

My last LUD was on the 7th, and yet, I was sent an FP notice AFTER that. There is plenty of anicdotal evidence on these forums to show that many people have received no LUDs only to suddenly receive an email saying their 485 has been approved.

Just as status and email notifications are often out of sync or different between cases, so it is with LUDs.

My attorney sent I-485 and AP to TSC on 31st May which reached on 1st June. On 6th June they cleared all the checks. On the back of checks I got receipt numbers. On 7th June there was an LUD on my all applications might be because they might have mailed the receipt notices. I will update you as soon as I get any update.

Whom did you write the check for? I wrote the check on my lawyer's name as that is what she requested. I see my check is cleared but I don't see any receipt number information in there
