Let's track I-485 filed after June 01, 2007 We can track AD, ND, FP etc post 06/01/07

I agree, case movement is not in our hands. Lets worry about what we can do.

1. AOS docs sent on June 5th.
2. USCIS status says docs received on June 18th.
3. Checks cashed on June 20th.
4. Don't know whether lawyer received any notices.
5. Waiting for FP notices for me and wife.

FP notice from NSC

received FP notice from NSC for me and mywife.
Notice date: 6/18/07
FP Appointment date: 7/11//07

Need to reschedule my wife' s appointment as she is outside the country right now. Will that delay my application? Also, do you need FP for EAD too?

Should I be worried ??? 3 weeks No Receipt Yet

Hi Gurus,

Please some body let me know if this is normal.

My I 485 papers were delivered to NSC on the morning of 4th June 2007 (from fedex Tracking). Common Check for self & spouse encashed on 20th June.

No 13 digit number on the back of the check. :confused:

Still waiting for the Receipt Notice while other members are talking about finger printing Notices. Should I be worried ? I am telling myself to cool it, Gosh... if they have encashed the check, shouldn't there be a receipt notice ??

Obviously.... Attorney's office ...they are very busy.

I think you should just chill. I was also freaking out when i did not receive notices. I was more in dark because i did not know if the checks were cashed. I bugged lawyer to a point where they made a request to bank to find out if checks were cashed. On the same day i got notices. So, i think in no time you will receive notices.
 
I had my finger print on last Saturday June 23th, 2007. To my surprise I checked my case status online today it said

"Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On June 26, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.
"

Is it mean I got GC ? It is too good to be true .. I mean 3 days after finger print. What should i do next ??

If your labor PD is 03/19/2004, how did you apply 485 during May'2007? If memory serves me correctly, in May'2007 the PD was stuck at January 8 2003 for EB2.
 
My lawyer submitted the application on June 1 and still haven't got any receipt and checks have not yet been cashed... don't know how long I have to wait, its almost 4 weeks now..
