Let's track I-485 filed after June 01, 2007 We can track AD, ND, FP etc post 06/01/07

For the guys whose I140 approved from TSC and I485 sent to NSC.
Attorney got the 485/ead/ap receipts from NSC on 06/12/07 yesterday .

I140/EB3 Approved from TSC in May 07.
I485/ead/ap
Filed and reached NSC on May 30, 2007 (PD current)
Receipts Notice Received from TSC on June 12, 2007
I485/EAD/AP from TSC, RD - 05/30/07, ND - 06/06/07

Hi All,

My laywer delivered 485 application package to NSC on 05/19/07 and yet I haven't receive the receipt notices for 485 or 765. Checks are not cashed yet. I am worry. If anyone outthere send in their applications around that time. Please post or send me private message. Thanks.

It seems our two cases are exactly same. My PD March 2003 (EB2). I have filed my documents for 485/AP/EAD on June 6th through FEDEX. Let's keep in touch with our updates.

Called my attorney, she said, both applicant and attorney will be receive the receipt notification in the mail..
hopefully within a week or two we all might get receipt notice.

LUD stands for Last Update. You can track status of your case online, if you have receipt number. The system also sends you email updates as it happens.

Pretty cool for a Federal agency to do. I thought they were still in 20th century!

concurrent filing of 140/485/131/765 all filed on Jun 4, 07

140 PP - approved on Jun 11

For me, 140 PP/485/131/765 filed on June 6th as per lawyer. I haven't heard anything back yet.

Congrats on your approval. Question, how did you find out about 140 approval? Did you get something in mail or did lawyer tell you?

Also, for 485/131/765, did you receive receipts or did lawyer sent you copies?

Ours were filed last May 22 and the lawyer received notices last Monday June 11.

My 140 was approved from TSC but my 485 was field at NSC, don't know why.

Labor PD: May 2003
Labor approved : Sep 2005
140 Approved : Apr 2006 (from TSC)
485/131/765 Filed on : June 1 2007
Received receipt notices for 495/131/765 on June 12th 2007 (from NSC)
Receipt date on notice is June 6th 2007.

I thought that the 485 application is always sent to the same center which processed your 140 application. I am nto sure why application was sent to NSC instead of TSC. I think TSC is faster than NSC.

my attorney got an email notification about the 140 approval at 9.45 pm on jun 11 nite.
yesterday he got receipt notices for the 485/131/765. he fwd it as a pdf to me in an email. I dont know if he got it in the mail / via email.

keep naggign your attorney. if not over the ph atleaset by email.

Applied for extension of my wife H4 May 22nd 2007 (Still waiting for Receipt)

Filed I-485 / I-131 / I-765 on June 6th 2007 (Still waiting for Receipt)

Thanks for the update. One more question where do you go online to check status. Hopefully I should receive my receipt # soon so that I can check the same.

Atlast all my checks cleared today. TSC received my application on June 6th. But when I checked my case status today, it says that they have received my application only on June 11th. Kind of strange. Dont know why.
 
my thoughts on July VB Current

1. it's crucial to have a 485 rd earlier than July 1, 2007, since this day could be equivalent to April 30, 2001 for LC

2. we should all try to avoid rescheduling the first FP, since USCIS will approve 485 cases randomly from now on

3. AC21, Spouse join to file could cause cases to be transferred to local office, which could delay 485 approval for many many years.

4. all of us who filed in June, 2007 should have more communication

btw, Name checks are not under our controls, so we can do nothing about it.
