Let's track I-485 filed after June 01, 2007 We can track AD, ND, FP etc post 06/01/07

2 of my 3 checks cleared Jun8

my fedex package was delivered to Lincoln on Jun1 morning.
485 and 131 checks cleared on Jun8, but not 765 check.
the receipt number is hard to read, sth like:
Lin071*, ten digit number

I-485/FP/EAD/AP Checks cleared

All,

TSC received our package (mine and my wife's) on June 5th . All (I-485/FP/EAD/AP ) for both of us cleared on June 6th . Got the receipt number from backside of the scanned checks . Saved the backside of the checks as Bitmap , enlarged it and got the receipt numbers . I-485 and FP has the same receipt number and other 2 (AP, EAD) has different receipt number . LUD on 6/7/2007 . Will keep posted here on any LUD's .

I also had the same question, why did she filled to TSC but as my checks got cleared, I think it was a right decision.

ok. i didn't know that. It seems to be good as texas usually works faster than NSC

Please see note below on the Service center location of filing the I-485

As previously stated, when I-140s and I-485s are filed concurrently, the entire package for the principal and dependents should be filed at the NSC. If Form I-140 is already pending, the I-485 package for the principal and accompanying dependents should be filed at the Service Center where the I-140 is pending and should be accompanied by the I-140 receipt notice or a transfer notice if the case was subsequently moved to another Service Center. If the I-140 has already been approved, the I-485 package for the principal and accompanying dependents should be filed at the Service Center that approved the I-140 and should include a copy of the approval notice.

What if I140 is approved from TSC and I485 mailed to NSC

Guys,
My I140 is approved from TSC and last week I485 was mailed to NSC, do you see any problems by sending 485 to different service center.
Below are my datails:

EB3 RIR
Labor - 10/2002, 06/2005 approved
I140 - 06/2006-07/2006 approved
I485 file date - 06/07/2007

Very sure there will not be a problem. As per the instructions all 485 suppose to send to NSC address and it will route to the appropriate Service center. But in the I140 approval notice it says send 485 application to this service center which will be TSC. But there won't be problem by sending it to NSC. NSC will receive it and route it.

Folks,

I am a couple of monthss behind you in PD (See my signature). So, I will be following all your cases with interest.

My wife's and my 485, EAD and AP were sent by the lawyer on Friday. So, do not have any receipt notices yet. Since I did not use my checks for the payment, I will have to wait patiently until the lawyer gives me the receipt notices.

june 7th through Fedex.

I don't have it in my hand, but I will be getting it in a day or two. I got e-mail from my lawyer that they have received it from NSC and they are sending it to me. As soon as I have it will post the details here. Hope that works

485&131 checks were cleared on jun8, 765 check not yet as of today

my fedex was delivered to lincoln on jun1 early morning.

anyway i have 170 days for ac21 (don't look forward to gc at all) to kick in.
