Congrats !! on your AP approval. I have seen a few AP approvals for June 07 filers. In fact I have seen a LUD on 07/22 for my 131 but no approval thou. Can you or others who had their AP approved tell us what was the tentative date of travel you have put while filling 131 form?

I have a general question about 485 RD. Is the RD same as the delivery date ie. lets say a 485 application was delivered physically on June 15th, then on the 485 receipt notice date does it say June 15th or perhaps later??
 
My Lawyer sent my I-485 application to Nebraska Service Center on 6th June 2007. I could track with the fedex tracking no. it was received by NSC on 8th June 2007. I called couple of times last week and also today, Immigration officer mentioned that my name is not there in the system. I'm very confuse because people filed after me are getting the receipt notices. Does anyone facing the same issue. Is my application lost anywhere? Please help me in the regard

I am facing same issue with my I-765. IO is saying they did not receive EAd application while lawyer is saying they did receive it.

I am facing same issue with my I-765. IO is saying they did not receive EAd application while lawyer is saying they did send it. My I-485 receipt I got after one month ( rd: 6/13/2007)

June 15 will be your receipt date. But later date (probably 3 weeks later) will be your notice date.
RD - The date when they receive the package.
ND - The date when they did data entry in their system.

They cant find my application in the system. Is it lost ? What should I do now?

Guys, need this one quick. I think my friend's lawyer messed up her application. Is there a number you can call to find out if the USCIS has received the application? The lawyer is unwilling to give the tracking number or any other information.

Please help.

Thanks for keeping us updated. Also, would you and everybody else who writes here and hasn't done so, please input and update your info on trackitt.com? This is a much greater way of keeping track of filings and timing and it benefits a lot of people (incl. yourself as you can easily compare to a great number of others matching your circumstances).

Has anyone besides the above have recieved a FP notice from NSC yet?

Following are my details but have not seen any FP notice in the mail yet. I don't know what is LUD??

Call 800-375-5283 and press 1-2-2-6-2-2-1, this gets you to a cust. service rep who transfers you to an immi officer (IO) after a few questions. The IO should then be able to query by the person's name and date of birth. They may tell you to wait at least 45 days after you mail the application.
 
Yes, Still didn't get FP notice.

Yes, my RD @NSC 06/06/2007 and ND is 06/14/2007. Still didn't recieved the FP notice, and couple of my friends whose RD is around 6/6/07 also still didn't get.. i think NSC is sending the FP notices randomly, since people with RD 6/15/07 got the FP notice...

I got my AP on July 5th. Filed form I-485 June 10.EB3 RAW PD Oct. 2003. Did FP July 13. Next month I'm expecting my GC.Keep you posted.

It means Last Updated Date.It refers when CIS have done something of your file, it could be sending NOAs, askinf for more information, process your card.

FP done here on 7/19. RD is 6/4and ND is 6/14. for LUD you have to register into uscis site.
