Last updated date changed for Jan '03 case

This may sound silly But where do you actually see the Last updated dates.
I have been seeing the same msg for last one year.
"Your Fp have been recd and processing has res......'
where do u see the last updated date??? ( online Case status)

WAC 03 136 xxxx
2nd EAD approved
Aaiting 2nd FP notice
 
It's not in the message anywhere, you have to create an account at USCIS website as a Customer and then add your application receipt numbers to the portfolio. Then it shows the status of all your applications in form of a grid and one of the columns in the grid is Last Update Date.
 
Thank you for the information. I will create an account. I think while creating an account with USCIS we should not use nick names..
 
our last update changed on june 16th and today changed again to approved
so there is hope its coming soon... :)

Thanks for the wishes..... But my FP1 expired by the time IIO picked up my case on 6/8/04 (my LUD change). I think I should wait for FP2.

My last update date has not changed since FP1 despite- EAD2/AP2/address change/Registration/AC21//FP2/etc etc. :eek:

unlike in my case, last updated date changed twice with sane message but difft date , initially for one month ist says on may 3, they received my 2fp result and june 14 , 2004 the lated updtaed change syas they received my 2fp result on may 6, i think its somwhat weird. any idea guys?

My spouse's LUD changed again today i.e., 6/23/04 and the message is still the Old message the they have received the First FP and they are now processing the case..blah..blah...blah.............. Her LUD has changed twice already in June 04 once on 6/14/04 and again today.

My LUD is still 1/27/03 as usual :confused:

Anybody has any idea what might be happening with my spouse case :confused: ????

I can only speculate that your wife's file is somewhat different that yours.

For example, it happened that I couldn't file my wife's medical exam rpt along with mine and mt dayghter's at the time of filing the I-485.

The LUD on my daughter's and own case changed on 06/16 but my wife's one - only on 06/21.

What kind of suggestions can I make:
1) there is some sort of activity is going on around my case
2) my wife's case is treated differently because of incomplete file

Unfortunately it doesn't help to tell what to expect next.

Today I noticed that few 03087 and 03088 cases got transfered to local offices. Does anybody know why do they trafer so many cases to local offices? :confused:

Did your LUD change after 6/8/2004? or it is still the same?. The reason I am asking is, my LUD is also 6/8/2004 and after that no changes...

On the other hand, my FP1 expired on June 21, 2004..

So, what now?.. FP2???

My LUD never changed again after 6/8/04. My FP1 expired even before they touched my case. I gave early FP1, due to some reasons back then and it turned out to be the killer.

You still have chance for approval w/o FP2, as your case was touched before your FP1 expired. I have seen some one getting approved after 3 weeks of LUD change and no other updates in between. Sit tight and hope for an early approval.

If we have to wait for FP2, we never know when that is going to happen.

Thanks for your reply. I am not sure whether you saw my new thread.. I was issued RFE today (6/24/2004). I got an email from USCIS..
So, I guess I need to wait for FP2??.
BTW, what happens to my wife's case?. Will it halt until mine is adjudicated, even if my RFE happens to a simple stuff?. (I am the primary applicant).

They are doing MASS TRANSFERS :mad: . It is definitely their backlog reduction plan. I thnk that they don't count these cases as backlogs. After all this waiting, getting the case trasferred to a local office is a night mare.
