Last updated date changed for Jan '03 case

No

USCIS does not necessarily send any mails for LUD changes unless there is a status/message change. LUD is changed when there is a internal processing done on your case.

I think your FP2 done a month ago. any news/lud changes...

Just want to know after Fp2, Usually how many days it takes to get approved....

Its 3 weeks by this weekend. I should see if any thing moves during coming week, else it may take another 2-3 months (VSC is processing Mar/April FP2 cases...as I noticed on this forum). No further LUD changes...!!

Same story with me...I will be completing 3 weeks on tuesday..I did FP2 on 07/13. Two of my friends received approvals within 6 weeks... I observered a trend of approvals within 6-10 weeks .....
 
Guys, I am a bit worried. Spouse and I did FP2 on 7/17/04, and there has been absolutely no change in LUD for either of us after FP2. I called FBI and they said that they had sent our FP2 results to CSC, not VSC (We live in San Jose).

Do you think our FP2 results are stuck at CSC and have not been recieved by VSC.

Is there anything I can do to check?????
 
You should see LUD change only. Did you check that?

CIS is not updating majority of the cases with FP received status.

One of us never updated (FP)

Almost year and half ago, My wife and I did FP1. My status updated but my wife's not. It took 15 more months to find out: it was fine, just didn't update. NOW it is my turn. We did FP2 almost month ago. My wife mesg changed but mine not. But both LUD of us changed. Hope that it is still fine.
 
Received FP2 Notice

LUD changed twice (7/16 & 7/19) and received FP2 notice last week.

What do you mean of LUC changed twice? You mean changed the message saying "On July 19th issed the Fingerprint notice.. bla.. bla.. bla.."
or
Change of date when you log into UCIS account ..

Message didn't change,only Last Updated Date has changed twice.

Message still shows that they received my FP1 results in March 2003 and processing has resumed on your case.

My spouse's LUD changed yesterday again without change in the message and this is the third time in Two months it has changed. Any ideas what might be going on with her case ? :confused:

We have FP scheduled this weekend and hopefully, we should see somelight at the end of this month. :cool:

My LUD still says 1/27/2003 which is my RD and it has not changed till now ? :mad: :mad: :mad:

Here is my Scenario My dates are same as needhelp1. My LUD & daughter LUD changed yesterday again today. Is there anything what might be going on with our case ? Also my FP scheduled this weekend. Any Idea how long does it take to approve. I know Sanga is already waiting almost 4 th week...

I think our cases are in the line and once we are done with FP, we might hear some real good news of approval from CIS.

RFE or Approval?

Does anyone have an idea, at what point the RFE is generated? The reason for me asking this question is that my I have FP-2 tommorrow and I just got EAD-2 and AP-2 approved for both me and my wife and our LUDs changed multiple times.

So, is there a possibility that I would get RFE after FP2 or an approval. Again the reason I am saying RFE is, because I left my GC sponsoring employer before my I-140 and I-485 were filed. I am expecting and RFE from them for AC-21 thing. If there is a smart officer who figures out that in both the cases I will be approved (if they send RFE or not) then I might get an approval.

Please share your thoughts.
 
LUD changed

Our last updated dates changed. We had been for our FP2 on 07/29 but the messages still say the old FP1 recived message. I am glad that case has been touched. My LUD had not changed in 4 months and I was kind of worried. Lets see if my LUD changes again within a week, I heard that a lot of LUD changes is a good thing.
 
AP2 of ND 5/5/04 Approved...no sign of I-485

Hello Folks,

Both mine and spouse's AP2 of ND 5/5/04 are approved on 8/5/04. LUD on APs changed today to 8/6/04. I was hoping CIS will atleast touch our I-485s when they take a look at APs. Our I-485 LUD still says old 7/19/04. FP2 is 4 weeks by tomorrow.

LUD changed

Fellas,
My FP1 was on march 2003. I believe it expired end of June 2004. Just now i checked the my USCIS portfolio, the LUD for me and my wife says 8/5/04. What does this mean? We do not have any pending EAD / Travel doc with USCIS. Please respond
