my co sent docs on 31st may to reach by 1st june to NSC. I havent got any status on receipt yet. not sure about checks, as it was co checks. Most my case will be xferred to TSC as my 140 was approved from there.
June'07 Bulletin - Lets Track EB3 I-485 Cases

No receipt # for me yet. We mailed the docs on the 5th. But I did check the Express Mail tracking number yesterday on the USPS website, and that said it was received and signed for at USCIS on the 6th, only a day after we mailed it. I can't tell if the checks were cashed because they were company checks from my employer. Hopefully the receipts will come soon, but I have a mental picture of UCSIS buried in mountains of I-485's!
I also expect my file will be transferred to TSC. And when I was checking the form we mailed, I noticed my attorney didn't sign it (D'Oh!), although I did. Not sure if that means it'll be bounced back or not.

My attorney mailed documents on June 6th and we have not received receipt yet.

When I called my attorney, she said, both applicant and attorney will receive the receipt in the mail. hopefully within a week or so we all should be getting the receipts.

Seems USCIS wants to make lot of money thru EAD and AP. Because definetly after September.. they are going to retrogress the dates, and make people depend on EAD and AP for years and years....
Also they can't handle these many cases.. something happening.. not sure whether for good or for worst

What are the documents we need to file I485 ?
Every one talks about Sealed Medical report for filing 1485 ..what is it ? Can we get that from our physician ? or we need to get a list of doctors from USCIS and get the report from them before we file this?

You need to get the report for one of the doctors USCIS provides. Your attorney shoud've provided a phone number. If you call that number and punch-in your zip code the nearest list of doctors will be provided. You need to schedule a appointment with one of those doctors and undergo a immigration medical examination(which includes Blood test, TB test, vaccinations, physical examination). Hope this helps!
