Hi,
Good news atlast from INS,Vermont.Yesterday I came to know through AVM that my I140 has been approved on 06/17/02.
Here r my details.
EB3
EAC # 02124.....
MD 02/22/02
ND 03/04/02
AD 06/17/02

I wish everyone to get their 140 soon.Now I feel the Vermont is doing fast again.Will catch u all in I 485.

I also got the receipt after 1 week of mailing I-140

which has EAC#. It also says Recd Date is June 7th and Notice Date is June 8th.
But I have one Question which number do u call to check the status?

What does it cost , to call the 802 527 4913 number ?

I kindof remember that they charge an exorbitant amount/min when we call these numbers, Is it true ? I remember it used to be somewhere around $9.00 / min .

Or is it just the cost of a long distance call ?

No its not labor substitution, my labor was cleared in May 2002 . Mailing date for I140 is 06/05/2002
 
My case mailed on Jun. 18 and received on Jun.21 and the laywer

just give me the EAC #. and I have entered case in instrack.sce.net.
My question is What is ND means and what the INS does about ND and is there all a mail to Lawyer to tell us the ND?
