Mid-August filings

Great - that gives us some hope here. Seems like they have begun to approve some of these cases.

What I don't follow is how the latest report published on VSC processing times could indicate that they are now processing cases received in September when August cases are still pending?
 
09/05/03 Still waiting for EAD

ND of both myself and my wife is 09/05/03... We are still waiting for our EAD/APs....
The processing times BCIS release on Oct/15/03 states that for EAD category e(9) they are woring on ND 09/02/03... not sure how long does it take for them to work on ND 09/05/03....

Save the last updatded tracker in your PC with the same name, update it in Excel with your entry and post another reply (there's a Attach File option, browse and select the tracker).
 
Monica, note this

This thread is very active. Let us have them test the trackers. Prepare the tracker for them. Consult on the events if not clear. Have Deepa/Rashmi enter the data from the Excel spreadsheet onto the tracker. Let us get this done in the next two days.

Does anyone know if we can avail of the "In State tution fees" after getting the EAD for persuing part time higher studies, like Masters etc., or we still have to pay "Out of State Fees"?

.....and on the state law. Having an F-1 related EAD usually changes nothing.
