Did any one noticed interview letter saying "Final Notice". What does that mean?

It's a same list which sbctsublc has posted but during the interview they ask only following documents

1.My Employment letter
2.Latest pay slip
3.W2 for last 3 years. But at interview they don't ask me for W2
4.Marriage Certificate
5.Son Birth Certificate

I have not received anything as yet . No approval notice, no welcome letter no plastic card. Just the stamp in my passport.

I remmber that you are telling that for interview they were asking u to bring employer tax return? what did u do for that? did they ask about it at time of your interview?

Did you get your interview letter yet ? Also what is your TD on the computer records in Hartford (received date from the manifest) ?

on hatrford the transfer date is 10/7/04

I wanted to know did you receive an approval notice or did you just receive your cards and how long did it take to get your cards?

They did not ask me for anything except my employment letter. I guess it all depends on the officer that you get. He was just very nice. I was happy because I did not get the employers taxes. They refused to give it. So God was on my side and he sent that angel officer to me.
 
SMT, when is your interview date? It is nice to know that october people are getting interview letters.

I didn't get it till now. they are telling may be end of Augest or Sept

Hello Guys, I wonder if I can go to the local office myself to spped up the processing time. Should I make an appointment? Any info is appreciated.
 
go to the local office and let us know as much as info you can. take an infopass appt to beat the crowd.
 
Interview Letter - I485 RD Aug 2002

Hi Friends,

Yesterday I received my interview letter, which is scheduled in the last week of August 2005. It is all most 3 years since I file my I-485 application, all my colleagues agot approved well over an year ago. But anyway, I am glad that atleast I see an end to this worry.

These are the documents they have asked for:
1) I-94
2) Current Emp. Letter
3) Latest pay stubs.
4) Emp's Federal tax returns for last 3 yrs.
5) prior approval notices.
6) All foreign language docs with english translation.
7) Financial sponsor on Form I-864 must be prepared to submit copies fo federal income tax returns for last 3 yrs.

Questions:
1) Is this the common letter which goes to every one for an interview?
2) Point 4 & 7 is same, right? Does point 7 applies to me, as my employer is my sponsor?

I will appreciate if any one can answer the above questions and also post some experiences, if they have been to an interview.

My letter contains all the same that you mentioned but also asks for I693 supplement containing all medical records. I think it is a standard letter.

My wife is the primary applicant. And on interview letter only her name is there. Not my name. Is it normal?
