My RIR LC was sent to IL on 07/01/03
RD 07/07/03

Website says IL processing July cases? Any recent approvals from IL?

LC moved to chicago DOL

Hi,

My LC was was transfered to DOL chicago.

Sent to SESA IL 07/01/03
RD 07/07/03
Sent to DOL 10/01/03.

I cehcked AVM and it says case not found, How many days it takes to recieve and enter in ciompueter system at Chicago DOL?

Based on my knowledge from all the Forums Posted on this Site....I can say its actually 7 or 8 working days they take to update the AVM after the case has been transferred to DOL.

Sometimes there might be mistake with AVM they might not update on time.

May be you can also try sending them email i think.
Email ID you can get it if you see recent Postings.

LC moved to Chicago DOL

Hi,

My company filed 2 LCs(RIR-EB3) with the following details(one of them is Mine). Both were filed on the same date.
One LC was was transfered to DOL chicago(don't know whether this one is mine or not).

Sent to SESA IL 06/26/'03
SESA RD (? Attorny didn't give to us)
Sent to DOL (?)
DOL RD 09/25/03


I checked AVM on y'day(10/20/'03) and found one case was moved to DOL and updated the AVM on 09/25/03, but AVM actually updated only on y'day morning(10 AM)

My case was also similar to yours. SESA said that it sent to DOL on 10/3 but until now its not in the AVM.

For case status

Hi,

yesterday I called IL, SESA to know a case status.
lady took my info with ph.# and said i will get back with case status.

Does it really works ? does she calls ?

As you said that they r working on 7/20/2003 but 7/20 was on Sunday? How come they rvd nad issue date for Sunday?

They told me like that but by that time i am not sure 7/20 was sunday.i think that they are working on that week.

Any Update...On IL SESA Processing Dates

Hi Folks


Did any of you heard lately from IL SESA processing dates .
..I no its July but we have couple of cases having Priority date as 17th of July we wonder whether they have passed that date or still somewhere in 2 nd Week.

Anyway any update on this would be of great Help.

LC application through Illinois

My application was recd by INS office on Oct 15.

I have been told that this can be considered as my Priority Date.

Does anyone know how long does it take to move to Chicago DOL ?

If the things go at this pace that is rightnow we can assume may be around sometime LastWeek of JAN2004 i can say.

May be if things move faster than it is right now it might allow tolerance of 2weeks.
