OK guys, please keep this on the top of first page until we get the updates from all of us. Once the discussion goes to the following pages it is less likely that folks will see it.

Since I dont want to assume that \'No response means no updates\' I have the following suggestion:
I would appreciate, if all of us could please post a simple message:
1. No updates ( if current info on the list is still valid )
2. provide updates ( if you have updates or you recognize a friend of yours who has received an update )

This list is the only tool which provides all of us with the progress of all the listed HOLD cases.

IIO told this morning that 140 was refiled but I have no indication that it has been.

No RFE. ammended I140 applied. Do not know the exact date. But it is in the list posted on the IGTE website on Apr 13th.

I think those messages of approval after I140 Redo were fake.

Does anyone know who these guys are ( if Rama Sharma and Purna Rao are their real names ) ?

I don\'t think anyone in the first list has even received a notice for I140 filing.

In my opinion approval notices will be issued only if an RFE is issued and then we give them the EAC # of the I140 Redo. I don\'t think filing I140 is going to have any impact on our I485 processing.

But then with VSC you never know...

Any news about the guidelines for S2045 ?

Hi,

I also work for IGTE and add my name to the list. My details PD 04/29/1997, RD 09/19/1999, ND 10/01/1999, FP 3/15/2001. Waiting for approval.
