There are no directions from IGate\'s LD. What\'s the Active list? I am not aware of it. I guess I\'ll call VSC but it will be sometime tomorrow (05/02).

yesterday i called INS ....they said " they didn\'t received my redo I-140 & their system was not showing my redo 140 status ? " .
what is that mean ? According to igate ,they filed redo 140 for me and my id also there on their 2nd list ...

i need experts advice ...pl.

     It is regarding EAD renewal. I live in DC area. Last time I got my EAD renewed at VSC. Is there a problem if I get it renewed this time in Arlington, VA? I would appreciate if you can share your experience at INS, Arlington office

My first time was with VSC. Second time was at Arlington, VA - it was so cool - I downloaded the form from internet sent by post ...within three weeks I got a letter from INS, Arlington that my EAD will be issued on ....they specify a date and time that was just one week away ...I went at 8.00 AM ...a lady comes and calls all people for EAD renewals ...in ten minutes our photos are taken and a card issued in another 10 mins. Within 30-45 mins. I came out .....

Checked with ESC (not VSC) ...they said they have received my notices for the I140 (yesterday) and would be mailed by ESC after getting from LD by next Tuesday ....

so my case PD 4/97, FP 8/2000, Amended I140 ND - Apr 29/30/2001. Waiting ....
