Only if you find USCIS make a mistake in grantting yoru citizenship
without you doing anything fraudulent. For example, you applied
before 4 years and 9 month but USCIS still approved.

My problem is that I recently found out that I should have taken care of all my financial back home, before obtaining any other nationality or citizenship and if not I won't be owner of them anymore. After death of my father we did not do anything about his properties because my mother was and is still alive and I am technically one of child who inherited few property. Now I was told that my share will be taken over by government, by law I won't be eligible for it and will stay in government's hand and I won't even able to transfer it to anyone even sibiling.
I am kind of trying to collect some info before the day arrives.
Thanks

"Before the day arrives"? Take your time. There is no obligation to apply for citizenship by a certain date. Take 1 or 2 years to arrange your business if you need to, then apply for citizenship when you're comfortable that everything is sorted out.

If you already have an oath date coming up, you can get it postponed or cancelled.

By their rediculouse law if you are over 18 and obtain another nationality, means that you are not and withdrew their nationality and unfortunatly their embassy knows my case. You are allow to have 2 or more nationality if you are under age and as soon as reaching 18 you have to decide that which one you are pllaning to hold.

sorry guys I forgot to mention, the problem is that I am already USC, . I meant that the day I have to do something about my financial back home. As long as my mother is alive, I am not doing anything because she is living on one house and couple has been rent out and she is collecting money on them.

If you need to do something, you may have to do it while she is still alive, like selling the one of the houses and taking the money for it. If you wait until your mother's passing, from what you're saying it seems like the government would have your share and your siblings would have to buy your (former) share from the government if they want to keep the house.

Write to your congressmen/women to ask them to press your country
to change such unfair laws. Citizens of your country can own assessts in USA so why not citizens of USA can not own assests in yoru country?

India has a similar law, that is why India had to come up with OCI so foreign nationals can own property in India.

Dude! what Country? There may be someone from that same country over here that has found a way around your specific situation.

Are you married to a USC? (If not, is that a possibility?). You may be able to give up your Citizenship and get back in the shorter 'Marriage' line. (or Older Kids wo may be able to sponsor your GC as a parent of a USC?)

I don't think there are any restrictions on inheritance. Buying new stuff - maybe - but not on inheritance.

I figured that you are over 18 but not whether you are married. Assuming you are married to a USC ... give up USC and take up a marriage based GC whenever it suits you.

Just be aware that you will not be able to get naturalized the second time if you renounce US citizenship. And you have to leave US to renounce it.

India does not have any restrictions on inheritance.OCI or PIO can buy Residential or commercial property from NRE account and should send form IPI7 to RBI Bombay after the registration of property. The form is just information that you bought the property from NRE account funds and in future you can take out that money without paying taxes in India. If you bought the property for rupees 10 and then sell it for 20 then you can bring 10 out of India without paying tax and for extra 10 you will pay the tax.

NRI or PIO can’t legally buy agricultural land/Farm land/plantation land according to FEMA or RBI rules. But many buy agricultural land as Sub Registrar or registrar don’t ask your passport at the time of registration and many buy on parents name or relative names.
