I-140

My PD is Feb 2003, EB2 and I am hoping PD will be current on June 1.

MY I-140 and I-485 ND are Oct 4, 2005 and both were moved to TSC. Fingerprinting was done on Nov 20th, 2005.

Does anyone know how soon i can Expect approvals and whether I-140 and I-485 would be approved together.

I have not seen any I-140 approvals for ND of Oct 1-10.
Is there a way to find if FP results are with USCIC. Do I need to e-mail CSC or TSC?

sunfeast gc, take it easy, i am also eb3-rir-Jan03 pd.my i-140 is approved too. It will take a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time for us to file 485. So, take it easy..even if you receive your I-140 approval by end of next year..u should be fine.

In my case only my lawyer received it in 10 or so days.

India EB1 - 01JAN06 - no movement at all
India EB2 - 01JAN03 - no movement at all
India EB3 - 15APR01 - moved forward by 1 week only

Allocation numbers getting full - many retrogressions in family categories! Quote from the bulletin:

How long after NOF in labor

Although I still have to reach I-140 stage (still stuck in Philly BEC), I need some info from people who got NOF during their labor stage.
How much time did it take to get the approval after you replied the NOF? What kind of NOF was it?
My company replied an NOF for my labor case in last week of May 06. It was about Business Necessity justification. How soon can I expect the labor?
Those who have any info please respond as I could not get much info on labor threads (naturally).

Please let me know.

Hi,

It seems that many people in this board who submitted I-140 this year to CSC got their I-140 approved in TSC.

My I-140 was submitted to CSC at the end of February as EB1-OR. My lawyer recently told me that she has not received the Receipt Notice yet.

My case should have been transfered to TSC. Is anyone in the same situation with me? Or am I among the only few unlucky ones still waiting for the Receipt Notice after > 3-month waiting?

My I140 also under EB1-OR

My I140 and I485 were also transferred from CSC to TSC in March. My I140 and 485 were concurrently filed under EB1-OR with RD of 1/17/2006 and fingerprinting was done on May 2, 2006. My EAD and AP were approved in 4 weeks. Awaiting I140 approval same as you.

When did you get the receipt from USCIS showing they have received the petition?

My lawyer had received the receipt when they filed which was in Jan 2006 and they also received another receipt late march from CSC mentioning that the petitions have been transferred to TSC.
 
I have an LUD on my I140 application on 6/17 (Saturday) which reads

Current Status:

On March 29, 2006, your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received here for processing. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates.


How long after this LUD did someone in the past get the I140 approval? I am in EB1-OR.

I got a mail that my I140 is approved. My I485 was filed on 1/12/06 and fingerprinting was done on 5/2. Priority date is not yet current since 1 Jan 06 is the current date for EB1-OR category. Is there an interview for the I485 or the final green card application?

Congratulations raj_in_longmont... My EB1-OR case was filed with CSC around Dec. 20, 2005 and was transferred to TSC in March. Unfortunately, no news yet :(

I've seen a number of date acronyms:
RD
ND
AD
LUD
What are these dates? Plus are there any pitfalls in I140 I should be aware of as my employer is about to file it.
