boreal's is EB2. See his first post below.NBGC said:Boreal, was your case EB2 or EB3?
Thanks GCOnly. It seems NSC is processing EB2 cases only for the time being. Probably because EB3 has the Premium Processing available now. Mine would probably be one of the oldest pending EB3 cases right now.GCOnly said:boreal's is EB2. See his first post below.

Yes, it looks like EB3 cases are thrown in some irrelevant rubble and there's a fee of $1000 for any particular case to be picked up from that rubble.NBGC said:Thanks GCOnly. It is ridiculous that they are forcing people to file for premium processing and for the time being only concerned about EB2 cases.

I am not saying there is "progress" in EB2 processing. Most of the miniscule number of cases approved recently have been EB2 cases. Whereas on the EB3 side, almost all the recent approved cases are those upgraded to premium processing. Although even EB2 approvals are coming at a snail's pace (hardly a few in the recent weeks), they are relatively better than EB3.bartolo5 said:I'm not sure why you say there is progress in the EB2 arena. I don't see much movement anywhere. Seems like NSC has been stuck in April for a long time. TSC zooming by this is just ridiculous.
