i140 in 1 center, where i485 wil go?

I applied to I140 alone and it ended up in TSC. now that i wana apply for the i485 and ead and the AP, i know that I should send the papers to NSC. but my question is , where my i485 package will end up? will it go to TSC or there is a chance that it stays in NSC?

I read about the bisepcialisation program but they after 7/24/2006 they r not mentioning that i485 end up in the same center as the one of i140. pls advise.

Thanks GCOnly. It seems NSC is processing EB2 cases only for the time being. Probably because EB3 has the Premium Processing available now. Mine would probably be one of the oldest pending EB3 cases right now.
Yes, it looks like EB3 cases are thrown in some irrelevant rubble and there's a fee of $1000 for any particular case to be picked up from that rubble.
It is ridiculous that they are forcing people to file for premium processing and for the time being only concerned about EB2 cases.

I'm not sure why you say there is progress in the EB2 arena. I don't see much movement anywhere. Seems like NSC has been stuck in April for a long time. TSC zooming by this is just ridiculous.

Received 3 emails on RFE on my I-140(Nebraska). Not sure what it is.

Is Nebraska doing the cases between 04/24/06 and 05/01/06 one by one or what. October will come and NSC will still be in April.

I am not saying there is "progress" in EB2 processing. Most of the miniscule number of cases approved recently have been EB2 cases. Whereas on the EB3 side, almost all the recent approved cases are those upgraded to premium processing. Although even EB2 approvals are coming at a snail's pace (hardly a few in the recent weeks), they are relatively better than EB3.

Processing date updated to March 08

With the new reporting method, the processing dates information has become useless. All they are doing is subtract 6 months from the reporting date to come up with processing date as they are meeting the 6 months deadline for I-140.

Sept 8th 2006 - 6 months = March 8th 2006

This is really useless....

please advice

i got my labor approved in EB3: PD 03/06. I filed my I-140 from NSC RD: 07/06. Will i have any chances at all for filing my I-485 before my PD is current. Is it possible if the labor is in EB2. Please help...
