For benefits of this thread users

I don't know it matters much or there is any pattern, but this might give us some hope how they are processing. I think they are processing Day 140 as shangsung's just got approved. Check out attachment for explanation.
 
I am still confused !! Who is shangsung and are you trying to say they are processing by Day? If so, which day are they on right now? As best as I can tell they have a lag of about 2 months give or take a few days.

the fiscal year starts from Oct1

Count the business days from Oct 1, 2005.

Did your I-140 approved? I see your LUD also changed on 08/07/2006
Shangsung's case approved on AUG 07, 2006.
 
Chances

Looks like they first process application PD with older than new one. For example if PD is January 10, 2002 & I-140 RD 04/20/2006 they will process first this case instead of PD June 22. 2005 and I-140 RD 03/24/2006.

This is my guess.
 
I just received an RFE email on my I-140 LIN FD: 04/05/06

Did anybody else recive any RFE recently? any speculation what it could be? how long will it take to reach the lawyers? any help would be appreciated.
