Looks like ppl who had LUD on 7/22/06 got approved on 4rth August. Is there anyone who has LUD on 07/22 and not approved.
 
a bunch of people including my I-140 had a LUD on 7/29. I hope they are next in the queue for getting approved.

It will take another few weeks for them to get on to 07/29/06 LUD I-140s

Thats purely a guess based on their speed. People with RD of April and first week of May have the LUD of 07/22/06. So, hopefully until they clear this batch they shouldn't go on to LUD of 07/29/06. And there are a lot of people still sitting with pending I-140s and with an LUD of 07/22/06.

I believe there are several people sitting with pending I140 (RD of April first week ) and according to sdpshark's mail NSC is looking at RD of 04/27. I am really getting worried about what the heck NSC is doing.
Gc212, I guess you are in the same boat as I ?
 
I also got an RFE on my case. I don't know what's going to happen. Worried and to much frustrated...
