Has anybody filed i-140 after april 15th at Nebraska and received receipt ?

Anyways, you can get your application number from the back of your check. Most of the banks have online scanned images of the cashed checks.

Please see the document at "http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/publicaffairs/statements/receipt_delay_42706.pdf". According to this document 'USCIS wishes to assure all customers that the original received date will be honored and recorded on the receipt notice.'
 
Hmnn..I didn't understand why are you waiting for Receipt Notice to file Adjustment of status if ur case is EB2 ? Why didn't u file concurerntly I 140 and I 485 if ur dates are current !!!

I was planning to but attorney filed I-140 April 24, where as dates are current for my priority date from May 1st. Now he says I need I-140 receipt to file Adjustment of status.

I mailed my documents to NSC on April 13, and received receipt on April 20th.

My LUD's on I-140 are listed in my signature:

Most recent are:

April 29, 2006
April 27, 2006
March 30, 2006
no status change and no LUD change after April 29..

Does anyone know what might be happening? This process is worrying me...
 
Oh ok....My dates are current in this month and my attorney filed I 140 and I 485 Concurrently. My attorney mailed them out on 25th to NSC and I am still waiting for the notices for all the cases.

I believe Nebraska Service Centre is handling my case.
