How do you scan the INS database?

There are some movements on I-140 but it's hard to tell what category these cases are. I personally don't think these cases that approved lately without RFE are either EB2 or EB3 cuz obviously our EB2/EB3 cases are still pending.
 
how do you get the LUD?

online case status does not show LUD, how do you get it.
my receipt date is 08/19/03 and is wac03238XXXXX case, but online case status show the same old message.."received blah blah..360 days to 360 days blah blah".

You need to register as a customer at USCIS website.
 
For Attorney Change I140/485 is pending

Hi,

I will really appreciate if any one answer for my this question, my attorney has stopped immigration work due to start new business and I have to find another attorney. Please help me , is there any risk if I change my attorney while my I140/485 is pending. I am sure, someone has definitely faced this type of problem.

One more I140 from mid September 03 got approved today:

WAC032595xxxx approved on 8/16/2004

it seems CSC is predominantly looking at Aug 03 & started looking at Sep 03 cases.

mine is WAC-0326554xxx. i haven't seen any 54XXX in approval/RFE list in your scannings. maybe this is most cursed category or whatever.

do you think they **MAY** touch these cases because its close to 360 days in wait?? i'll definitely post something if they touch it. but i doubt it. got no faith on'em.

if anyone september's apps are approved or RFEd please post it here.

Hi immportuser,

oh my god - we have the same application number :) Mine is also WAC03226554xxx. Is your LUD 09/26/03? If it is then as far as I know there are only four other I-140 applications that haven't been touched since 9/26/03 and they are in the 2, 5, 7, and 8 hundreds.

Mine is in the twohundreds so yours must be 5,7 or 8.

I am hopeful that in the next couple of weeks we should hear some good news about our 140s. :D

I am in touch with two of the other concurrent guys at my workplace, who applied on the same date as mine ( both 140 EB2)...no movement for any of us. So, CSC definitely overlooking concurrent applications. and I don't believe they are "predominantly" working on aug cases...as mine is first week of august, already passed 360 days.....still no news...

BTW, I forgot- there are two WAC0326554xxx cases that got approved, one on the 6/2/2004 and the other on 6/21/2004.

Hi desi145, I think CSC processing is so random and it almost imposible to make conclusions. As per http://www.murthy.com/news/n_csccas.html 485 approvals span more than 2 years. My "conclusion" about "predominantly" working on aug cases is very limited. Even lawyers can not figure out or predict how much does take to process. On this or some other forum I saw people who's I-140 have been pending since Jan 2002. I am pretty sure your case (and your buddies from work) will get looked at/approved in the following days. Hang in there.

I am getting ready for my 6 weeks looong vacation trip to India, leaving in 2 weeks. Hopefully the trip to "wonderland" can bring us some luck and we hear some good news when I come back in October.
