I hope the CSC will start concurrently adjudicating I-140 and I-485 as instructed by the memo. this is equally as important.

What is the requirement to file(I140/I485) under the pilot project?

Hi All,

My LC certified on 25th of June 2004. I do not know What I need to communicate to my Attorney to do concurrent filing using the pilot project? My main question is hear that Do we have any option to select the choice to file under the pilot project (thru which they claims that INS complete the whole I140/I485 in 90 days) ? or INS decides this option?

FYI : My LC certified under EB2 category.

Can you please scan data for cases around 8th August'03. I know there are 4 employees at my workplace around the same dates and no status change after filed for any of these. So, just want to find out if they really touched any case with RD - 1st week of august?

my WAC03231XXX if that can help you. If It's too much for you, then please advise me how you scan and/or provide the script.

Yes, the message on my I-140 has changed too, 270 to 300 days.
What kind of days are they talking about?
They received my case on Aug 20, 2003 plus 300 days it's June 15th. Or maybe they use a lunar calendar as they are in the cosmos. :p

As I know, that's work-days, not Calendar day.
300*7/5= 420 calendar days
270*7/5 = 378 calendar days
So,
... it's about one year and one/two months as they announce.

new processing JIT

same old ..no movement for EB2..processing times just arrived.
looks like fastest 140 for unskilled professional. does it mean BCIS prefers unskilled over skilled person? or they just reject 140 for all unskilled..that's why it's fastest?
 
MY ANSWERS IN CAPITAL LETTERS.

Recently I 140 and I 485, EAD and AP have been applied concurrently in EB2 category.
What things do we need to track the GC process from now on.
I am assuming RD is the received date of all the above four applications.
I happen to see ND too. I am assuming it is Notice Date. Can anyone tell me what for is this ND? How soon can we expect after RD. Any approximate time?

I am assuming next step is FP notice.

IF EVERYTHING OKAY, U CAN EXPECT FP NOTICE WITHIN FEW MONTHS.

I have a scar on my right thumb where the finger print is. The scar covers the finger partially. Do you think it is going to be a problem? Is there any alternative for that. Can we use another finger?

Hi ultrascan, I've been doing some scanning and this is what I discovered. WAC number consists of 2 digits of fiscal year (WAC03) then the day of the fiscal year when application was recieved: mine was 09/24 (265 day of 2003 fiscal year - WAC03265) then I think (not sure about this) all applications have 5 in CSC (WAC032655) and then serial number. I just scan all numbers and find I-140 cases. Tedious job, but the only was of finding out the status as far as I know. Post something when you find out. As far as cases filed in late Sep 2003 - no change in last couple of weeks. :cool:

Thanks for the trick. I will try to do some scan myself. I filed in early August, when it tooks about 2 weeks to get I140 approved. But it all went wrong afterwards. As we observed, it only move by 1 day in the last 12 months.

i made a resolution that i won't check this site or USCIS site for processing dates or anything for a month. i am back after a month and not processing hasn't moved an inch. as i expected.

so is it true that they are processing sep '03 apps? mine says 360-360 days. it will be 360days in 6 weeks. damn..its so pathetic.

when i did (truly) concurrent filing last year, my wife was pregnant. so we couldn't do her full physical tests or shots. would that effect my app 140/485 in anyway?

Dear Friends,

I got email confirmation today about my I-485 approval.
My wife's and mine both got approved.
I am so glad that this journey has finally ended with good news.

Cant wait for the day when I will get my passport stamped and receive green card
in my hand.I am very happy today and wish other members good luck and best wishes.
i am sure you will get there.Just be patient. I know it is hard to be patient.

I had been reading posts on this group that they applied EAD or AP renewal and they got their I-485 approved.
I did same thing. Although, there was no need for me to get EAD renewed, I thought let me try if this will trigger
my I-485 approval.And it did.

I-140 filed 05/01/2003 with a substitute labor.
Pushed my company and paid myself to file I-485 08/22/2003 (I-140 still pending)
Filed amended I-140 in 10/01/2003.
RFE received for first I-140 02/01/2004. replied to RFE 02/15/2004.This I-140 got approved on 03/05/2004.
First EAD recd on 12/10/2004 and AP 11/12/2004.
Applied for EAD renewal 06/30/2004 and I-485 got approved
