Well never mind the status changed to process resumed in couple to days.

Btw, there is no new posting in this thread for a long time. Guys did any body in May 1st week ND get their AP/EAD?.
 
06/23 processing dates

in short: haven't moved an inch.

485 is advanced by a month from 06/01. its now 05/2002

For your reference, I just got EAD approved. AP still pending.

RD: 4/23/2004, ND: 4/23/2004, CSC, Concurrently filing.

Your case should be approved soon. Be patient.

Yes I finally did get my FP notice it is for July 21. I think there is no first come first serve policy seems to be kind of random. My FP notice seems to be delayed based on some of earlier guys timeframe but EAD/AP seems to be ahead compared to other people.

I guess you get lucky in some and not so lucky in others...

I am still waiting for my EAD/AP approval. Mine is a EB2 concurrent app with a Received date of May 13th/2004 and Notice date of May 14th /2004. I and my spouse got FP notice on June17th and submitted the prints on June23rd at the San Jose office.

When I call the toll free number for the status I cannot get a status for the EAD's (I can get the status for I-140/485/AP) and instead I get the standard "system is unable to provide the status at this time" message.

well...i applied for 140 on sept 16'03
am planning to apply for 485/ead in a day or two..almost all papers are ready, hopefully should be in b4 end of month.

Guys some things miraculous happened!.

My 140/485 got approved via pilot EB2-CSC.

Once and for all My details:
LC SESA PD: Oct 2001: DOT Code: 999-051-151: Big firm without layoffs but not a consultancy company.
LC DOL RD: OCt 2002
LC Approval: Feb 2004
I140/I485 RD: April 29/2004
I140/I485 ND: May 06/2004
FP done on 06/15/2004
I140/I485 Approval: 06/28/2004

Congratulations on such a quick approval!

Could you please post a reply for the foll - Was there anything in your 140 Receipt notice that indicated it would be processed under the pilot program? Or did it say 365-450 days like the regular cases? How quickly did you get the FP notice from RD?

My RD is 6/8/04 / EB2 - hoping mine gets processed under the pilot as well.

First of all thank you for all your greetings.

popsy, There was no indication in the receipts either 140 or 485 to know that I was under Pilot, it was just saying the same old 360-4xx days. I did not get my EAD and AP processed normally as it should be. People after my date was getting the EAD/AP approved. So that might be a trend, I don't know Iam just guessing.

Fingerprinting

First thing is First Congrats Titan and good luck to all the folks.

I just got my fingerprinting notice. Can someone guide me please what am I suppose to do ? They have given me a date and a time.

I just need to go there and get my fingerprinting done?

Is it a simple procedure or I need some special documentation?

any advice would be good.

looks like this thread is dying. no message since last few days.
There may be some hope...as I see online message changed to "270 to 300 days" instead of "300 to 450 days". maybe will see tons of 140 approvals in coming days. or at least hope to see JIT other than 7/18/03..

Any approvals lately?

Hi all,

I've been scanning some 58 I-140 cases submitted in mid-September 2003 (as my case is). Here are the cases where status changed from recieved:

RFE sent on 6/19/2004
Approved on 6/21/2004
RFE recvd on 3/25/2004
Approved on 5/12/2004
RFE sent on 6/19/2004
RFE sent on 12/27/2003
RFE sent on 6/19/2004
RFE recvd on 4/16/2004
Approved on 6/21/2004
Approved on 6/2/2004

Since most of these were touched/approved in June 04 it seems that things are moving (slowly of course;-))
 
Its good to know that things are moving..at the same time..i really feel bad that mid-sept case gets approved in june and early-aug cases are still pending.

My RD is 8/8/2003.
