I-140/485 Applied In December 2004

No FP notice yet., Any body has any news about EAD or 140 approval, I heard Dec. 04 first week filers are getting their 140 approvals.

My case was filed on Dec.30, 04 and I have NOT received my FP notice yet. I'll let you know when I get it.
BTW, how did you hear that Dec.04 first week filers are getting I140 approved??
Do you have the link or something to get to this information? Also, was this
with the California service Center? I won't be too surprised if this is actually with the Vermont Center.

Guys I received the FP notice on 01/22/05 scheduled for 02/03/2005, I went to Detroit ASC to get my FP done on Tuesday (I am on vacation)eventhough it is not my scheduled center, they asked me to come on Wednesday. I went this morning to ASC at 8.00 AM they didn't asked me any questions about why i came to Detroit, It took exactly 10 minutes to finish the whole process and i am out by 8.15 AM.
 
Got reciept notice - VSC

My lawyer sent me reciept notices for I-140/485/AP/EAD. RD is 12/29/2004 and ND is 01/12/2005. LUD 01/17/2005
 
Reg:7th Year Extension

Friends i completed 6 years in H status on 01/25/2005, my company filed for 7th year extension on 01/24/05 (premium processing) and it is approved today ie 01/26/05.
 
2 days .. that was quick .. congrats ! ... well not abt the 7th year .. just abt the approval :) hope you dont need an 8th !

Are you sure about the sub labor priority dates?
Because I am being told that the priority date on the labor is the
one which belongs to the original labor.

Is there a way to clearify this issue????
 
I havent received all receipts yet.

Filed 140/485/EAD/AP for me and wife on 12/30.

Received my 140 and 485 receipts, still waiting for the rest.

My perception is based on the views of Rajeev and Murthy. We might need to wait and see for some practical cases ........
 
I have seen multiple cases where original PD was used for Sub cases too.

Never heard any one complaining about PD.
 
FP - take care of your fingures

Hi Folks,

Stating the obvious - please take care of your fingures before FP (I had a little paper cut and they asked me to come back after it heals, I guess no major harm done except need to go there again).

My case status - Still no receipts

Hello All,
I got my WAC nos. from the returned checks. I still havent received the receipts. But I have already received the FP notice for myself but not for my wife.
Here are my details.
I-485/ 140-Lab-sub/EAD/AP
RD - Dec 17th 2004 (I got this from FP notice)
ND - Dec 27th 2004 (This is what I see on USCIS.gov using WAC nos)
LUD - 29th Dec.

FP - dated 25th Jan, appointment date March 7th.

Has anybody else on this forum gone through this?, not getting receipts but receiving FP notice etc?
Ironically I havent received my wife's FP notice.
 
Those who have got their FP notices, please also mention the office at which you will be finger-printed.
(Timing of FP notice depends on the backlog at your regional FP center)

Yesterday on 2/2 I got mine and wife's FP done in Newark ,New Jersey.I dont understand what you mean by backlog at regional FP centre.

If the application support center in your area has a significant backlog, you will not get your FP notice soon.

I believe that the ASCs in SF bay area are backlogged.
