Has anybody got I-485 receipt lately?

Sept 13-I-485

They even haven't cashed the check yet! I wish they inform us what the deal is- NSC received my application on Sep 13

today i called them for my receipts.... they have no idea and asked me to call exactly after one month.... i dont know how hey will track my case then?

I got my I-485 receipt on October 10. It took 5 weeks for me.

I-485 @NSC:
sent date - 09/02/2006
RD - 09/05/2006
ND - 09/29/2006
FP-???

Is it possible that this delay is due to the applications being transferred to TSC ?
Seems like for those who got their receipts within 10 days, their cases were retained at NSC.
 
Actually it was the other way around. people who got their receipt and FP right away were the ones transferred to TSC. those of us who finally got a receipt after 4-5 weeks stayed at NSC!

My Lawyer sent the application for I-485 on 15th September. I was worried since I have not received the reciept till today. I just heard from my lawyer that they had received the receipt yesterday. Hopefully, all of you will receive it within few days.
 
Was it from TSC or NSC ?

mmk91, Did your receipt# start with SRC (Texas) or LIN (Nebraska) ?

Both (mine and my wife's) the I-485 receipts are from Nebraska since it starts with LIN. Though they are supposed to receive it on 18th September, the receipts are showing Oct 6 as receipt date.
 
NSC I-485 Receipt

I received USPS signed note (dated 9-11-2006) that NSC received a package that has my I-485 and my wife I-485 and her I-765 also. Till now no receipt, Do I have to file again and any body got a receipt after 5 weeks?
 
just got the receipts for I485 & 756 &131 copy from my attorney

I noticed that it has receipt date as 9/29/06, notice date as 10/05/06 however, the priority date is blank.

Is this fairly common? Or do they miss putting in the date?
 
I sent in my 485/765/131 on Friday 10/13 with delivery confirmation and after tracking it, it shows it was delivered at 2:19AM on 10/16 (Today). We'll see what happens.
