RFE response sent by attorney : march 13, 2002
AVM updated to RFE response received : March 18, 2002

Now waiting for approval notice.

I just noticed that it is WAC-01-290 and not WAC-01-289(may be my EAD/AP WAC #) as I gave it before....

and I have done the FP on March 26

Regarding data, I think I don\'t have any control/rights over it. It is all obtained on this board and linked back to this board. I never botherd about rights etc. because I never planned to use it for any commercial purposes etc.! It is upto the members in question and this board regarding that issue.

Talked to IIO today

Not very helpful. IIO told that they are currently processing April applications (standard message). It could take 5-6 months for processing. My case is not assigned to an officer yet. FYI.
