Summary UPDATED (05/01/2002). Yes, again...
Updated summary to pick up 04/30 AOS approval and also I saw one AP that is approved on 04/18! Note that the assumption is CSC stopped approving any type of case since 04/12! Please see following messages for info related to these two approvals...

Summary Updated (05/06/2002)
Finally CSC is approving cases. Interestingly all 4 cases (Brazuca, rsrgc, INSLover, I485Waiter2001) that got approved on or after 05/01/2002, came to know about their approvals either from their attorney or because of approval letter by mail! AVM was not updated! Only in kvm\'s case (got approved on 04/30/2002) AVM was updated on the same day!
Hopefully CSC will pickup speed and approve lot many cases.

Finally CSC is approving cases. AOS,AP,EAD - WAC-02-089-5xxxx
I received all receipts for AOS,AP,EAD etc.
I received AP on March 5th.
I received FP on April 30th.
FP DONE - on May 1 st.
Called (304)625-5590 option 4 to check FP Status.
Talked to a lady at FBI and she told
FP were returned on the same day to INS.
I did not get my EAD card.
Please update.

Summary UPDATED (05/17/2002)
This time created new threads (combined some). Happy to see that now San Jose ASC cleared all FP load and now people are getting their FP notices soon enough compared to any other ASC. Hope in this process San Jose didn\'t leave any one behind.
Some one posted a message asking why there are lot more approvals in "Approval thread compared to summary pages". The answer is:
1. To add a record to summary pages we need all complete dates (at minimum RD, ND, FP, AD). Dates in just mm/yy, or just approval date is not sufficient to be added.
2. Because of help from several members on this board that approval thread is mostly "upto date" (should I say "upto the minute"
. Where as for summary pages, note that I need a lot of time to collect and update data. Some times it may take few days for me to provide next update.
2. Some times if the data looks totally out of sync I may not add that record to summary pages.
