i read the previous extracts of the forum and found oops123 already out of the SESA.. he is already in the loop of 485 and 140 concurrent filing. He got a substitute labour and was able to apply 485,140....

So we might not get information from him.. r there any one who filed LCA in Georgia SESA in January 2002 , Feb 2002...?
 
My application date is March 26, 2002. Also I have a friend whose application date is in last week of January, 2002. Will keep you posted once his case moves to ATL DOL.

Hi everyone, the information here is really helpful. My labor application was applied on 04-24-02. Haven't yet received the acknowledgement. Is it normal for them to take that long for sending the acknowledgement? Will keep you posted on any progress.

We need more information on cases filed in Jan, 2002 and Feb 2002. As of now we dont have any cases for these 2 months. Please post your information or even if you know any one who has filed for GA SESA in these 2 months. All the best to every one.

The data of aryfly's LCA transfer was not mentioned by him...based on his words i put the date as 03/11/2003...
alsmks do u know the exact date when ur friend filed the LCA from Georgia..u were telling the date to be somewhere in the last week of jan 02?

My filing date with GA SESA is 18th June 2002. Still Waiting. Any Jan/Feb 02 cases forwarded to ATL Regional??

My PD for GA-Sesa is sometime in Feb 1st week of '02. I dont remember the exact date. Still waiting...

looks like there are lot of cases in January... Approvals for the cases between august 2002 and december 2002 was pretty fast..
