April 2002 case moved to DOL on 31st March

Thanx to all the members for your valuable info on this forum.

I have a GA SESA RIR case with priority date of 04/08/02 and saw couple of people having their cases moved to DOL after my priority date. Per request, my attorney checked with GA -Labor and foundout that my case is moved to DOL on 31st March but hasn't received any written confirmation yet.

My case has not been updated on the automated system yet but I'm checking everyday thru email and hope to get it soon.

Since the congestion due to 245i was cleared in the GA SESA level, therefore the pipeline went through very well recentely, it is estimated that it takes 10-12 month to let the GA SESA clear one case.

My LC application is sent to GA SESA today, May 2003, I hope it will got speedup after 245i finally cleared.

My case accepted by GA SESA on July 07, 2002 was forwarded to ATL Regional on Aprial 30, 2003. (Title: Appilcation Engineer)

any estimate on regional processing time?

atlsri,

Do you have any estimate from your attorney/employer on how many months its going to take for the Regional Office to reach your April 30th application?

I'm on march 31st and trying to assess my situation.

Since it took a very long time to clear all the 245i applications and get thru 30th April 2001, I was wondering if all these applications got stacked in regional office now and how long it's going to clear all those to reach ours?

Hi guys,
Good news.....
My state labor is cleared, i did not know exact date it is cleared but my attorney notified me that the labor is cleared and sent to federal.

My labor is filed sometime in the middle of Jan-2003 in RIR EB3 Category.

how is this possible, are there other considerations when processing applications that we don't know about? how come jan 2003, dec 2002 clears and not sept 2002, oct 2002. Any ideas?
 
I think you should ask your lawyer or those slow beurocrats immediately.
