It is usually done for a period of 1 year ..
 
Any Recent VA PP Stamping Experience?

Does anyone have recent PP Stamping experience in Virginia? Could you please give me some info regarding:

1) How many pictures do I need to bring? Are the picture requirements the same as those for AP and EAD applications (show side of the face)?

2) Do they collect FP for all fingers? Is this FP done on the digital machine or ink pad? My fingers had a terrible time with those machines.

3) Which office in VA do I need to go for PP stamping?

4) What docs do we need to bring?

Any recent experience in VA are highly appreciated! Thank you!

did anyone ever travel to china with just stamped passport but no plastic card, any document should i bring?

Guys,

My passport got stamped on Aug 27th, still I did not get my card odered. The online message still says about the 485 approval.
My wife's passport also got stamped on the same day, but she got her card on Oct 14th to our new address. (Both of us have sent the form G-731 to receive the card to a new address).

Should I send again G-731 or call National customer service.

Would appreciate your answer.

Did you guys receive welcome letter first before card

Hi Guys,

Did you guys receive welcome notice before you received the card? If case is approved after interview in different service center, who would send the card, original service center or transferred service center.

Your information is highly appreciated.
How do you check the card status, with the same case# of I-485 OR different case#.
